Specialist in chemistry, biology and biochemistry. Scientific director of Lee Biosolutions, part of Medix Biochimica Group, where he served as vice president of biotechnology and new product development since 2010. He focuses on the development and production of key raw materials for in vitro diagnostics and preclinical and clinical therapies. In addition, as Principal Investigator of Biological Drugs, he is responsible for the development, analysis and production of contract proteins according to CGMP standard.

He possesses extensive experience in the development and commercialization of processes for the production and testing of biological molecules. His previous experience includes executive positions at Singulex, Inc. and Sigma Aldrich, Inc. In addition, he is an inventor of four issued patents for biochemical methods of detecting disease in humans.
